Travelled 3 hours with our children to find that they had failed to put the viewing which we booked on the phone into their system and that the house we had travelled to see was now under offer. Couldn't help but wonder if they forgot to tell us that someone else had put an offer in and were covering their tracks. Although they apologised, being very sorry doesn't make up for wasted time, wasted fuel and crying children. We're giving this company a very wide berth in future.

From begging to end the team at Alexandra West have been a massive help to me and my boyfriend in buying our first house. As we are first time buyers we didn't always know what step was next but Tanya and Elizabeth always explained to us what was happening and when. I couldn't recommend Alexandra West enough, Alex gave me a realistic price for my property and it was sold very quickly thanks to the beautiful pictures they took and the way they marketed my property... they even managed to find my next property for me! The communication from the girls in the office (Helen & Tanya) was fantastic throughout and they always called back when they said they would. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and always been unhappy with the level of service but I will definitely be using Alexandra West again in the future!
