Belvoir Bolton have been managing agents for our home which we have been renting out since May 2009. Mike and co have provided an excellent service whenever we have needed new tenants. They have also been very efficient at resolving the few occasions when problems (e.g. central heating) have been reported.
We have found the company reliable at ensuring rent is paid to our account each month, though somewhat less timely about reviewing and advising rental values annually as specified in the tenancy agreement. We also have some qualms about the regularity of inspections carried out at our property, and the standards of care for house and grounds expected from tenants.

Terrible customer service (First Lady was nice) We felt they completely wasted our time. We wanted a to rent a property at £750, we fill in all the forms. They say the landlord wanted the application that went in first.. Fine, we accept that. 3 weeks later the property is up for rent again at a "reduced" price. I phoned 5 times and they said they would call back and never did.. 3 months later it's still empty with a "To Let" sign outside.. It's worked out for the best we got a amazing house at the same price from another estate agents.
Stay away from these, especially landlords.. Tenants also if you don't want your time wasted
