Both my girls got their eyes tested and new glasses around May this year and the service then was excellent!! The new glasses were ready within 2 days which I thought was exceptional service!! Today my younger daughter broke her glasses and we called in at around 1.30pm, they couldn't be fixed so she picked a brand new pair, I expected them to take a week or so!! I was over the moon to get a phone call at 2.50pm the same day to say her new glasses were ready!! Would highly recommend Bromley cross opticians!!

Super opticians. Small, but you get a personal service and don't think you're being processed as part of a sausage machine. Absolutely no pressure to purchase new specs despite my prescription being slightly outdated.
Great range of frames etc. Support your local business. You won't regret coming here!

This was my 2nd time using BX Opticians; a 1st class service with friendly staff. No pressure to opt for the more expensive range of lenses or frames either.

Superb, no 'sight' of obtrusive sales people, only kind helpful staff. Glasses where finished in under 24 hours ( non standard lens ) . We will be visiting again. Excellent choice of designer frames

Took my two youngest children aged 7 and 4 for their first eye tests. Very impressed with the service and how good the optician was with children. Will be going back with my eldest daughter now who needs glasses as they have a huge selection to choose from.
