My Hypnotherapy session was a feeling I'd never experienced before. I am a person who fights relaxation but my mind was so calm and my body was a sway of floating colour. Purple, blue and light green images of swirling waves. I looked and felt more relaxed after just one session.
When returning to work a few days later I parked in a different place taking me out of my comfort zone. I felt fine starting my day with confidence.

Nikki carried out a session with my 11 year old son to reduce his anxieties regarding his SATs, he reported that this session was the best, SATs completed with a smile on his face, just got to wait for the results😀
