Adverse Credit Mortgages

Adverse Credit Mortgages
Many people these days are finding that they have problems in getting finance due to adverse credit. The main problems revolve around County Court Judgments, Defaults, Mortgage Arrears and missed payments on Loans and Credit Cards.

Other people have had to go to another level to try and sort things out by either going into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement ( IVA or debt management scheme) or declaring themselves Bankrupt.

We are able to arrange mortgages for clients who have one or a combination of the above ( Adverse Credit Mortgages )Bankrupts must be discharged before a mortgage can be sorted out), and we can get up to 75% of purchase price or valuation depending on the amount of adverse they have. Our aim is to search the market for the lowest rate of interest taking into account the clients current situation. These loans are available to First Time Buyers, Home Movers and Reportages. Take a look at our Adverse Credit Mortgage Deals

Itr would be helpful if you have a current credit report for us to look at or discuss. These can be obtained online from www.experian.co.uk or www.equifax.co.uk
